  1. Synopsis:
  2.    users [<server>]

  4. Description:
  5.    This gives a listing of the users logged into the machine that the
  6.    specified irc server is running on.  The output is similar to the
  7.    Unix finger or w commands.  The users shown are not necessarily on
  8.    irc.  If a server is not specified, the current is used.
  9.  
  10. Other Notes:
  11.    Use of this command is deprecated.  It is almost universally disabled,
  12.    as is serves no useful purpose related to irc, and is considered by
  13.    some to be an invasion of privacy.
